Organisator: EU Health Policy Platform
Prevention is central to reducing the burden of non-communicable diseases (NCDs), yet research in this field remains chronically underfunded in Europe. This 90-minute webinar will explore how human-centered approaches can better support prevention research and its integration into EU health policy. Speakers will present key findings from a retrospective analysis of EU-funded projects, showcase lessons from personalized prevention initiatives such as the PROPHET project, discuss the role of method selection in designing impactful research proposals, and examine how the European Health Data Space can drive stronger strategies.
