Het event wordt georganiseerd ism BHPA ( Belgian Hospital Physicists Association , THE BELGIAN HOSPITAL PHYSICISTS ASSOCIATION | BHPA - Symposium), maar deelname aan de BVS-ABR studienamiddag is los daarvan nog mogelijk.
